Product description: Tablets with prolonged release of the active substance metformin hydrochloride 1000 mg and used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Usage instructions: Always consult your doctor about the appropriate dose for your condition. Two tablets once daily with dinner. Warnings and precautions: Contraindications for the use of the blood sugar regulator metformin in the following cases: allergy to metformin. Chronic heart failure. Diabetic ketoacidosis. Severe kidney disease. Abnormal creatinine clearance due to shock, sepsis, or myocardial infarction. Breastfeeding.
