Product description: Fusidic acid 20 mg/g ointment is used to treat some types of bacterial infections that affect the skin such as: impetigo (ulcers and scales), infected wounds, infected burns. Do not use fusidic acid if: you are allergic to the active ingredient or any other components. Precautions and warnings: avoid contact of the medicine with the eyes. Do not use it for long periods to prevent the possibility of secondary infection. Possible side effects: stop use immediately and seek medical care if: rash, itching, redness or peeling of the skin, chest or throat tightness, difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking, swelling of the face, mouth, lips, tongue, or throat. Other potential side effects: slight skin irritation, rash, eczema. Other medications and fusidic acid: inform your doctor about all medications you are taking. Usage instructions: for external use only. Use the medication as directed by the doctor. Wash your hands before use. Apply 2–3 times daily. Storage instructions: keep at 20–25°C.
