Fexofenadine 180 mg tablets Why is Fexofenadine used? Fexofenadine is used to relieve allergy symptoms such as rash, itching, redness, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. Do not take Fexofenadine: If you are allergic to the active ingredients or any other components of this medication. Precautions and warnings: Tell your doctor about all your health conditions, including: • If you have phenylketonuria (PKU). • If you have kidney disease. • If you are 65 years or older. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or engaging in other activities that require alertness until you see how this medication affects you. Possible side effects: Stop using this product and seek medical attention immediately if you experience a rash; itching; red, sore, or peeling skin; chest or throat tightness; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. The frequency of these side effects is unknown.
