The description of Panadol ActiFast is a pain reliever absorbed twice as fast as regular paracetamol. Effective in reducing fever and treating mild to moderate pain including: headache, migraine, rheumatic and muscle pain, menstrual pain, osteoarthritis pain, toothache, post-dental procedures / extraction pain, and pain after vaccination. What is paracetamol and what is its use? Paracetamol is a medication belonging to the class of pain relievers and fever reducers. It is used to relieve: Headache Menstrual pain Back pain Rheumatic (joint) pain Cold and flu Sore throat Mild arthritis pain Muscle pain Toothache Fever Do not take paracetamol if you are allergic to paracetamol or any ingredients in the medication. If you are taking other products containing paracetamol — avoid doubling the dose. Precautions and warnings Talk to your doctor if you show signs of allergy: shortness of breath, rash, swelling of the face or neck, low blood pressure, or dizziness. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney diseases, including alcoholic liver disease. Long-term use may be harmful to the liver. Contact your doctor if symptoms do not improve. Can be taken with or without food. Take the tablet with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the dose and do not take the medication more than once every 4 hours.
