Product Description Amlodipine / Valsartan / Hydrochlorothiazide 10mg / 160mg / 25mg A triple combination medication used to treat high blood pressure in adults whose blood pressure has been previously controlled with each component separately, and the doctor wishes to combine the treatment into one tablet daily to ensure better adherence and improve blood pressure control results. Do not take this medication if you: - Are pregnant after the third month. - Have an allergy to amlodipine or valsartan or hydrochlorothiazide or sulfonamide drugs. - Suffer from liver diseases such as cholestasis or biliary stasis. - Have severe kidney failure or are on dialysis. - Are unable to urinate (urinary retention). - Have severe potassium or sodium deficiency, or high calcium levels despite treatment. - Have gout. - Suffer from severe low blood pressure, aortic valve stenosis, or cardiac shock. - Have heart failure after a heart attack. - Have diabetes or kidney dysfunction. Warnings and Precautions Consult your doctor before use if you have: - Kidney or liver diseases. - Heart failure or coronary artery disease. - A previous heart attack. - Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). - Diabetes. - Elevated fats or cholesterol. Possible Side Effects Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: - Severe dizziness. - Low blood pressure: feeling faint, dizziness, sudden loss of consciousness. Drug Interactions Not to be used with: - Lithium. - Supplements or medications that increase blood potassium (such as salt substitutes, spironolactone, heparin). - ACE inhibitors or aliskiren. Inform your doctor of all your medications, especially blood pressure, heart, and kidney drugs. Usage Method One tablet daily. Best taken in the morning at the same time each day. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Avoid grapefruit and its juice. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Storage Keep out of reach of children.
