Lorenz-D extended-release tablets work for up to 12 hours to relieve cold and allergy symptoms without drowsiness. A formulation combining desloratadine (antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine (decongestant), to quickly and effectively relieve congestion and allergy symptoms. Lorenz-D helps relieve allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms in adults and adolescents +12 years, such as: nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, tears, and itchy eyes. Pseudoephedrine works to constrict blood vessels inside the nose to reduce blockage and improve breathing. Usage instructions: can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole without breaking, crushing, or chewing. Dose: one tablet twice daily (every 12 hours). Not suitable for children under 12 years.
