Do not take Diclofenac Sodium: if you have an allergy to the active ingredients or any other components of this medication. if you are allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs including acetylsalicylic acid. if you have or have had in the past stomach ulcers or peptic ulcers, or gastrointestinal bleeding. if you have experienced stomach or intestinal problems after taking other NSAIDs. if you have severe liver or kidney problems. if you have serious heart problems. if you have had a stroke, heart attack, or blood vessel issues. if you are in the last three months of pregnancy. Precautions and warnings: inform your doctor about all your health conditions, including: if you have any gastrointestinal disorders including ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. if you have kidney or liver problems. if you have a condition called porphyria. if you have any blood disorders or bleed easily. if you have high blood pressure. if you have angina, blood clots, or high cholesterol levels. if you have heart problems. if you have diabetes. if you smoke. if you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
