What is Dapagliflozin / Metformin and why is it used This medicine contains two active substances: Dapagliflozin and Metformin, and belongs to oral diabetes medications. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults aged 18 years and above, to help lower blood sugar levels. Indications for use It is used to treat type 2 diabetes when blood sugar control is not sufficient through diet and exercise or Metformin alone.
