Do not take Amlodipine / Valsartan / Hydrochlorothiazide if you are more than 3 months pregnant if you are allergic to Amlodipine or any other calcium channel blockers, Valsartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, sulfonamide-derived medicines, or any other ingredients if you have liver disease or biliary cirrhosis or cholestasis if you have serious kidney problems or are undergoing dialysis if you are unable to produce urine if potassium or sodium levels are very low if calcium levels are very high if you suffer from gout if you have a sudden drop in blood pressure if you have aortic stenosis or cardiac shock if you have heart failure after a heart attack if you have diabetes or kidney dysfunction.
