San Adolfo! This crop comes from an elevation of 1800 meters above sea level in southern Huila, specifically in Alstina, Colombia. It descends from the Catura and Castillo varieties. Farmer Rodrigo Sanchez, who inherited the tradition of coffee cultivation from his grandfather, produced this crop, where the coffee cherries are hand-picked and then delivered to the San Adolfo processing station, which is designed to receive large quantities of coffee and process them. The coffee cherries are placed in drying beds covered with cloth to maintain the temperature. Suitable for espresso drinks and brewing methods by filtration. Flavors: pineapple, berries, red grape.
