Product description
We had an amazing experience with this distinguished harvest, which was processed using dry soaking. The coffee beans are soaked for up to 90 hours, then dried on raised beds, which enhances the flavors stored inside the beans, making them very clear. Ms. Blanca Rosa Milgar oversees 6 hectares of fertile land in Silac area in Cubán, specifically at an altitude of approximately 1250 meters above sea level in the Republic of Honduras in Central America. She manages the organic farm with her husband Arturo, and the couple has lived there since the seventies. They are known for their constant refusal to add any chemicals to the land to preserve its organic nature. In addition to coffee cultivation, they grow many types of fruits such as bananas, oranges, lemons, guavas, and a wide range of vegetables that are sold and consumed locally. Honduras is the fifth-largest coffee-producing country and the leading one in Central America, exporting more than 432 million kilograms of coffee during the 2017-2018 season.
