Air Conditioner Care Program from Air Care Company — Annual subscription for periodic maintenance of One Address air conditioners.

The subscription includes:

• Two visits per year, each visit includes all shared units.
• Cleaning the indoor and outdoor units.
• Cleaning the filters and water drainage system.
• Checking operational efficiency and performance.
• Check the refrigerant gas level and the integrity of the system.
• A technical report is provided after each visit, detailing the condition of each unit.
• Priority in booking maintenance appointments, and discounts on maintenance and spare parts.

Excludes: Refrigerant gas refilling (testing only), leak repairs, spare parts, and unit dismantling and installation. Any additional work will be quoted and your approval obtained before commencement.

Full payment is required in advance , and no visit should be scheduled before payment is confirmed.
