Product description

El Salvador Trinidad is a classic coffee suitable for starting your day and morning, suitable for brewing drip coffee and espresso. The farm and farm: Trinidad – Mario Osuta and his family. Region: Apaneca, Ahuachapan, El Salvador. Altitude: 1500 meters above sea level. Processing method: dried. Variety: Bourbon, Pacamara. Notes: chocolate, plum, grape. El Salvador and coffee are a wonderful and harmonious duo, to the extent that most of the population for more than four generations knows the methods of cultivation, preparation, and the basics of handling coffee! This knowledge has enabled them to freely deal with specialty coffee, combining experience and innovation. This is the case with our product today, coming from "El Carmen" station, a station dedicated to processing coffee in different ways, then carefully drying it on raised beds. Fernando Alvaro is considered part of the fourth generation of his family caring for the farm. Alvaro works diligently, receiving many harvests from different regions in El Salvador, then experimenting with them using experience and the latest cupping techniques to choose the best processing method for the coffee. And this is exactly what happens with the Trinidad crop, which is grown on a 50-acre farm, where he chose the dried processing method. Through years of experience, Alvaro knows that this coffee responds very well to the dried process, which also saves a huge amount of water resources, good for the environment. During harvest, a great deal of care and focus is dedicated to picking the best coffee cherries and delivering them to "El Carmen," where they are placed on raised beds and regularly turned over for more than 25 days to ensure even drying.
