From the Risardla region in Colombia, at an altitude of 1800 meters, the beans of this coffee grow in a suitable environment, rich in rainfall and red volcanic soil. Fermentation processing with watermelon fruit highlights the watermelon flavor. The processing adds: honeyed with watermelon. Hints: watermelon, caramel. Suitable for espresso and drip coffee.
