Before ordering from Sama, we would like to clarify some points to make your experience smooth and clear: - After executing the design, we cannot modify it, so make sure of the details before we start. - We do not deliver designs without names or texts. If you want the names with diacritics or written in a specific way (in Arabic or English), send us a ready version from your side. - Designs must be without sounds. - If the image has two different texts, we consider it as two separate orders. - Order execution at Sama takes from 24 to 48 hours. - We do not accept urgent orders; we prefer to provide neat work at ease. - Working hours: from 4 PM to 10 PM, every day of the week. - Delivery only via WhatsApp.
