Order policy and product care 1. Return and exchange policy: * Final sale (no returns): please be aware that all our sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our operations, we do not offer return or cash refund services for any reason after completing the purchase and receiving the product. * Replacement (depending on the case): the product may be considered for replacement if it arrives clearly damaged due to a shipping or manufacturing error, and we must be notified within [specify hours or days, e.g., 24 hours] of receiving the order, with clear photos of the damage provided. This does not include damage caused by misuse or failure to follow washing instructions. * Please ensure you select the correct size and color before completing the purchase. 2. Product care instructions (sweater): To ensure the quality and durability of your beige sweater for the longest possible period, please follow the washing instructions carefully: * Hand wash only: the sweater should be washed by hand only, using cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent designated for delicate fabrics. * Turn the sweater inside out before washing: to reduce friction and protect the design or print on the sweater, it should be turned inside out (inner side visible) before starting the hand washing process. * Drying: do not use a tumble dryer. It is preferable to gently squeeze the sweater to remove excess water, then leave it to air dry away from direct sunlight. Important note: failure to follow the above care instructions may lead to product damage (such as fading, cracking of the design, or shrinking of the fabric), and in this case, the company bears no responsibility for this damage. Clause regarding packaging non-approval due to non-payment of additional charges Important point: Packaging approval 1. When the customer chooses the enhanced / special packaging service (mentioned in clause 2), the store does not approve this packaging and will not start implementing it until the additional fees are fully paid. 2. If the customer chooses the enhanced packaging but does not pay the applicable fees, the packaging type will automatically be changed to the basic free packaging (mentioned in clause 1) without further notice, to ensure no delay in shipping the order. 3. The store is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product if the packaging type is changed from enhanced to basic due to non-payment of the fees.
