* Club subscription policy: Entry to the club is based on prepayment. Please wear appropriate and comfortable sportswear, including athletic shoes. The subscriber must inform the trainers if there are any health issues. The center is not responsible for personal belongings. The club has the right to cancel the subscription without compensation to the subscriber in the following cases: 1- If the subscription is used by another person. 2- If the subscriber behaves inappropriately towards other subscribers or staff. 3- If any service or personal training is provided for a fee without the club's knowledge. 4- Verbal or physical assault on the staff. 5- Damaging any equipment or property inside the club. A financial fine of 100 riyals is imposed on any subscriber who does not return the locker key after use. The subscriber must return the weights after use and not throw them on the ground. Photography of people inside the club is strictly prohibited. If the club closes for reasons beyond our control, subscribers will be compensated. If the subscriber does not attend, the subscription remains valid. The monthly subscription includes the use of fitness equipment and attendance at two classes per week. * Refund and transfer policy: The transfer fee from a subscriber to another person is conditional and costs a symbolic amount of 150 riyals. No subscriber has the right to claim a refund after 48 hours. No refunds are accepted for Tamara payments. * Membership freeze policy: It is possible to freeze the subscription for up to 5 days each month, and the subscriber can request the frozen days immediately after the subscription ends. It is necessary to notify the club when needing to freeze the membership; no freeze or compensation will be accepted without notifying the club management. In case of a medical freeze, the club may request some documents or a medical report.
