Tips: Apply on completely clean skin for a "no makeup" look; use over a tinted moisturizer or foundation to enhance coverage; use over concealer or under-eye highlighter (sold separately) for setting; or use to touch up makeup on the go. Designed to suit all skin types, even dry and combination skin. For best results, prepare your skin with moisturizer, then your favorite Always an Optimist primer (sold separately). Lightly sweep the powder in circular motions on the skin using the Always an Optimist powder brush.
