GOTU Ethiopia

Gotu was born in a family that practices coffee cultivation and grew up in their care, assisting his father on the farm. According to the traditions of the village where he was raised. During many years of his journey in coffee farming. he was able to invest in improving quality and developing it, and acquiring more land and infrastructure, recognizing the economic importance of coffee cultivation and its being the family's only source of livelihood. The coffee cultivation system features coffee trees planted near their home and under the shade of ancient trees such as Albizia tree, located in the highest area of Yergatshif, where the harvest begins at the end of November compared to most coffee-growing regions where the harvest season starts in October.
