Product description

Our new harvest! This harvest comes from the Tarazu region in Costa Rica from an altitude ranging between 1500-1700 meters above sea level where the best crops are available. It is often said that the Costa Rican government produces coffee below the required standard, which is against the law, because the coffee exported reflects the country's values as a whole and due to limited production and resources, so they do not cultivate anything from the coffee unless it is of high quality. This harvest is the result of hard efforts and strenuous endeavors shared by farmers Kenneth and Kristiana over 20 years to achieve the best possible result in terms of quality, care, and processing diversity. Hints: brown sugar, cinnamon, toffee. Processing: anaerobic dried. Variety: Catuaí.
