Product description

Kusco again! The cultivation of this crop began in what was once known as the Inca Empire in Peru, from its former capital Kusco or the Holy Sun City, as it was called at that time. The coffee farms are located under a snowy valley called Choxafra, where farmers follow in the footsteps of their ancestors, working there collectively in perfect harmony with nature and the land. The coffee cherries grow under shade and are given special attention to soil health and irrigation systems until the coffee fruit thrives perfectly. The quality of the coffee is high and well-known, as one of its farmers won the Excellence Cup last year. This crop descends from multiple varieties brought from regions with intensive agricultural production: Peru, San Fernando, Pacaimpa, and Abaya, with a wonderful aromatic blend: brown sugar, sweetness, strawberry. Processing: dried. Elevation: 1800 - 2400 meters above sea level.
