How to use Apatal IC insecticide/spider

When will it be added?

• The acaricide is added when the active stages of red spider mites or leaf miners appear on the leaves.
• It is used as an immediate treatment when silvery-white tunnels are observed on the leaves (evidence of leaf miners) or yellow spots and cobweb-like webbing are present (evidence of spiders).
• Note: It is not added only as a preventative measure, but also at the onset of infection or when the economic threshold of damage is reached.

How to add

1. Shake well before use.
2. Fill half the spray tank with clean water.
3. Add the required dose of pesticide while continuing to stir.
4. Add the remaining amount of water while continuing to mix.
5. It is preferable to add a spreading agent (such as Cetweet or similar) to improve coverage.
6. Spraying should be done in the early morning or evening to avoid sunburn on plants and to protect beneficial insects.

Dosage for use

• General rate: 25 to 50 ml per 100 liters of water (i.e., 2.5 to 5 ml per liter of water depending on the severity of the infestation and the type of crop).
• To combat leaf miners: It is preferable to use the highest dose (50 ml/100 liters of water) at the beginning of the hatching of adult insects.
