Red Bell Peppers, 1000 Seeds, F1 Hybrid, Dutch Leader Evolve. This early-maturing hybrid variety of red bell peppers turns a vibrant red when ripe. It is characterized by its large, cube-shaped fruits with thick, crisp walls, making it an ideal choice for both professional growers and home gardeners seeking high quality and yield.

Features of red bell peppers

  • Original Dutch hybrid red bell pepper (F1) ensures uniform and vigorous growth, and higher resistance to fungal and viral diseases compared to traditional strains.
  • The seeds are selected, clean and free of impurities, ensuring an excellent germination rate of up to 95% or more.
  • An advanced strain known for its very high productivity and early maturity, which means a faster harvest and a faster financial return for the farm.
  • Red bell peppers are characterized by a bright and uniform red color when ripe, giving the fruits a high marketing value in the markets.
  • The fruits are regular in shape (square), and are large in size and ideal in weight (about 200-250 grams), making them desirable to the consumer.
  • These colorful bell peppers have a thick skin, which means they can withstand transport and storage for a longer period, and they also give an excellent crunch when eaten fresh.
  • Sweet (cold) red bell peppers, completely free of heat and with a distinctive sweet flavor suitable for all tastes.

Growing red bell peppers

Planting date

  • Planting seedlings in the ground during the spring (February-March) and autumn (August-September) seasons, while avoiding extreme low or high temperatures.
  • Greenhouses (cooled greenhouses) can be used for almost year-round cultivation with temperature control.
  • The optimal temperature for germination is 22 to 28 degrees Celsius.

farming method

  1. It is preferable to plant the seeds in seedling trays (containing a light growing medium) to obtain strong seedlings.
  2. Plant red bell pepper seeds at a depth of only 0.5 - 1 cm.
  3. Keep the soil moist by lightly misting it daily so that the seeds do not move.
  4. The seeds begin to germinate after 10 to 14 days.
  5. After 4-6 weeks from planting (when the seedling reaches 4 true leaves), it is transferred to the permanent ground (field or large pot).

Agriculture rate

  • For each acre, you need about 150 to 200 grams of seeds (equivalent to 30,000 to 40,000 seedlings) to achieve a suitable plant density.
  • For a home garden, 1000 seeds are enough to plant a very large area of land or to produce thousands of seedlings for a small business project.

Storage and preservation

  • The seeds should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
  • Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • The seeds are packaged in airtight, moisture-resistant bags to maintain the germination rate.
