How to use blue sticky traps

1. Remove the trap from the packaging.
2. Use a thread or thin wire to hang the trap, or attach it to a wooden support near the plants.
3. Plant the two protective sides (clear paper) immediately before use.

When will it be added?

• The traps are added two weeks before the onset of infection as a preventive and early detection measure.
• Add it as soon as you notice a small number of thrips or butterflies.
• It is added at the beginning of the growing season (spring or autumn depending on the crop).

How to add

• Remove the protective layer covering the adhesive surface.
• Hang the trap 10-20 cm above the top of the plant, raising it as the plant grows.
• Distribute the traps at a rate of 3-5 traps per acre in the case of monitoring, or 10-20 traps per acre in the case of direct control.
• Arrange them in zigzag lines or along the edges of the field.

Dosage for use

• For early detection: 1 trap per 300-500 square meters (3-5 per acre).
• For control: 1 trap per 100 square meters (10-15 per acre) in case of light to moderate infestation.
• For severe infestations: up to 20 traps per acre.

Storage and preservation
