Most damage to bird feathers that occurs during bird rearing can be attributed solely to malnutrition. Since feathers are made of a protein-rich material, a diet rich in proteins is essential for the formation of pure feathers. The daily diet should contain enough vitamins, minerals, and trace elements for metabolism. Most animal losses during the molting period are due to a deficiency or imbalance in protein intake and/or a lack of vitamins and minerals. Feeding instructions: 1 gram (= 1 measuring spoon) in 250 ml of drinking water or 100 grams of pâté. In cases of severe feather damage, a double or even triple dose can be given initially until the first signs of feather regeneration appear. After that, the normal dose is sufficient until feather renewal is complete. Storage: Should be stored dry and away from sunlight, between 15°C and 25°C. Do not store in the refrigerator!
