Indian costus - natural.

Indian Costus: Rich in various health benefits and was recommended by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family and companions, where he said: "You must have this Indian wood... meaning Indian Costus." He also said about it, peace be upon him: "It contains seven cures," meaning seven types of healing as mentioned in the authentic hadith. Its benefits include boosting immunity, relieving inflammations such as respiratory and digestive issues, stomach ulcers, helping to regulate blood sugar and pressure, strengthening skin and complexion health, improving digestion, acting as an anti-gas and anti-bloating agent. It also enhances fertility in men and women, God willing. It is used in incense for its aromatic properties. May Allah benefit from it and bless it. (It is avoided by pregnant women and nursing mothers).
