How to use: Step 1: Cleaning Use #4 cleanser to clean the eyelashes and remove eye makeup. Step 2: Using eye patches Place the eye patches under the eyes. Step 4: Applying eyelash glue Stick the silicone eye pads on the upper eyelid, apply glue on the eyelids and silicone eye pads. Step 6: Perm agent #1 The curling time depends on the thickness of the eyelashes. Step 7: Fixing agent #2 The time is the same as with perm agent.
