Develop children's practical skills, foster the feelings of parents and children, and enjoy a happy weekend! Attention: children need to be accompanied and supervised by adults when playing, and parts should not be placed in their mouths! Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the surrounding areas of the box. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, or that the sealing tape is broken or damaged, or that the seal is incomplete, or there are clear signs of opening, please open the box and personally check the goods! If there is a shortage or damage to the goods, please do not take them. Contact the shipping station for negotiation; otherwise, upon receipt, it will be considered accepted and the goods will be deemed accepted without objection. Return and exchange policy: 1. Returns and exchanges without quality issues; if the buyer needs to return the product for personal reasons and it causes significant damage or loss during transportation, a 20% deduction from the original price will be applied to refund your money. We do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues after seven days. Note: (The buyer of the returned item bears the shipping costs both ways. If the product was free, the shipping cost must be deducted at the time of shipping.) 2. Quality issues and returns and exchanges: if the total weight of the product with quality problems exceeds 20 kg and our store bears the logistics cost for the round trip (please contact online customer service for fast delivery or specific logistics), if you wish to return the product in advance without meeting the weight requirements, the buyer will bear the transportation costs both ways. 3. Causing damage to goods during transportation: upon receiving the goods, please ensure to unload and inspect them in front of logistics or courier staff. Cardboard boxes are flexible, but plastic toys are not, so the outer box may not be damaged but the contents could be. Please ensure to check the goods before signing. Product damage within 5% is within the normal range, and we will provide spare parts shipping and replacement for repair, but not separately. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, outside our control. Transit times are affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and transportation conditions, and cannot be used as reasons for return.
