From the ancient mountain terraces of Haraz west of Sana'a, where coffee has grown for centuries, grown at 2,000-2,300 m above sea level, sun-dried natural process.

Tasting notes: dates, raisin, spice, dark chocolate. Light-to-medium roasted at the Blaq roastery to highlight natural sweetness, shipped within 48 hours of roasting.
