About the book and one of the results of our psychological fragility is that we sometimes exaggerate any problem that appears in our lives to the point of depicting it as an existential catastrophe, in a process called in psychology Pain catastrophizing. This process is a feeling state that afflicts you when you encounter a problem, making you believe that your problem is greater than your ability to endure, so you feel helpless and overwhelmed when the problem occurs, and you keep describing it with exaggerated negative words that do not match its true size, but are extra descriptions that only exist in your imagination, increasing your pain and intensifying your suffering. Then what?! .. Then you drown in feelings of spiritual breakdown and complete psychological exhaustion, feeling lost and completely unable to resist, surrendering to your pain and your entire life collapsing because of this problem. Psychological fragility also manifests in other forms in our daily interactions: we magnify our feelings and make them almost the final judgment on everything, deciding to withdraw from anything that hurts our feelings, even with a simple word.. we hate criticism of our ideas because criticism has become like an attack to us.. we love to turn to psychologists for every negative feeling in our lives and rush to them seeking treatment.. we do not accept advice and do not want anyone to judge us.. we excuse any mistake or crime claiming that the perpetrator is psychologically distressed..
