Arrangement of fundamental topics and their occasions

In every art, it is important to include what reveals its topics, uncovers its path, and clarifies its idea. The interest of scholars of Usul al-Fiqh in this field has become evident, or it was among the most distinguished aspects of their care in arranging the discussions of Usul al-Fiqh in a way that allows the observer to see all the purposes of this science and benefits from its comprehensive scope. Therefore, many Usul scholars paid special attention to discussing the issue of arrangement, which is a matter hardly found in other arts.
