The psychologist

There is nothing more destructive than hiding secrets. Alice thought that moving to an elegant house in a prestigious residential neighborhood, enclosed by an iron gate, near the heart of London, would make her achieve what she had long sought, and she would finally enjoy a new life among strangers, alongside her beloved Leo. Despite the distance she traveled from her hometown to here, and the faraway place of her past ghosts, ghosts of other sorrows knocked on her new house’s door, belonging to the psychological therapist who had lived in the house before her, and a strange man who says she was brutally murdered, then disappears. Alice is attracted to the secret of that woman, and she makes an effort to uncover what happened, while watching the neighbors who hide more than they show, and Leo is no different from them, while urging her to avoid getting involved in the matter. Between a terrifying secret and a exhausting past, Alice may uncover the truth, and she may become... her victim. Book information: • Author: P. A.
