The standard of the educator

Overview of the book "The Standard of the Educator" - Fayez Al-Zahrani: Today, educational nurseries are spreading across the world, welcoming youth and young people, teaching them faith and nurturing them upon it, refining their morals, developing their talents, strengthening their determination, and inspiring positive energy within their souls. This book is a brief guide for the educator working in those nurseries, in which the author included the concepts needed by the educator, clarified the requirements of education, and the knowledge, skills, duties necessary for the educator, so that it serves as a concise conceptual and practical guide. The importance of educational standards and guidelines books lies in their contribution to organizing educational work, summarizing the roles, functions, duties, and responsibilities of the educator, and outlining the framework for the concept, features, and goals of Islamic education. They make the educator aware of the reality of their work, its components, and its necessities, and based on that, the educator's work and formation can be evaluated. This guide contains three sections: the first is a theoretical introduction to Islamic education to understand its essence, recognize its importance, goals, features, and some concepts related to renewal. The second section relates to the formation and building of the educator and the standards necessary for their work. As for the third section, it discusses the major contents that educators' efforts and educational goals should revolve around, which collectively form the contents of Islamic education in educational nurseries.
