In the world of philosophy

Overview of the book In the World of Philosophy - Ahmed Fouad Al-Ahwani: "Philosophy is a sea with no known bottom. Understanding it requires knowledge of what the ancients said and what the moderns mentioned, which is something only the texts and detailed works encompass." Philosophy is a rich science full of theories, ideas, visions, and interpretations. The libraries of the world are filled with hundreds of books that elaborate on all its aspects and developments across ages and eras. And despite its small size, this book is considered one of the important philosophical books for any reader who wants to have a good grasp of this science; for within the pages of this book, Ahmed Fouad Al-Ahwani takes us on a quick journey through three philosophical worlds; starting from the world of Greek philosophy, passing through the world of Islamic philosophy, and ending with the world of modern philosophy, briefly reviewing the most prominent scholars and philosophers in each world separately, and speaking in a simple, uncomplicated style about many philosophical theories and opinions that we do not know much about, some of which he discussed according to his personal views.
