Product description

About the book: a collection of ideas, a gentle material with its ideas, amusing in its diversity, light in its brevity, it can be distinguished from other writings of Prince Al-Bayan that revolve around literary articles, political discussions, historical memoirs, and travels. Perhaps because it appears as if it consists of brief notes on various topics crafted by the prince in a smooth style that conveys meaning with the fewest words, and although he did not claim that these are original ideas, they were undoubtedly close to creativity and far from imitation. Shukayb Arslan wrote this material over a period not exceeding sixteen months, starting from the first of Shaaban 1348 AH, corresponding to January 1, 1930 AD, to the thirteenth of Dhu al-Qi'dah 1349 AH, corresponding to April 1, 1931 AD. The author took the initiative to compile and document it in this book to make it available to readers in an era of speed and brevity imposed by electronic space, emphasizing that what this book contains is similar to tweets in today's concept. The book is crowned with a brief biography of Prince Shukayb Arslan, highlighting his fields of Arabism and Islam, as well as including an important documentary collection that chronicles Arslan's relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and his connections with King Abdulaziz.
