About the book: what is happening in the mind of a writer when he strongly desires to say what is boiling in his chest, but the geography of his world does not accommodate him? Does he suggest a new map? Does he create strange peoples so that one of their members can say what he wants to say? Does he lose his mind to regain his sanity? And does he contract with imagination to furnish reality? In this classic work by the Irishman Jonathan Swift, we travel to four unique worlds, in a satirical and sarcastic fabric, which after two centuries will be a source of inspiration for many writers and artists, from Voltaire to Dostoevsky, and from Hannah Barbara cartoon series to Disney’s famous mouse Mickey Mouse to the epic anime films of Hayao Miyazaki. "I think Gulliver's Travels meant more to me than any other book ever. Almost no year passes without me rereading even a part of it." George Orwell, British writer and novelist.
