The executioner under my skin - Imad Rashad Othman

About the book The Torturer Under My Skin - Emad Rashad Othman: How much we need a truce from our frantic minds crowded with noise; a rest from the noise of our internal voices that disable us, between ideal standards we cannot fulfill, and the voices of guilt and failure that do not forgive our limitations, and a rush to catch up with a mysterious procession that has already passed us, and unfair self-comparisons that make us feel the weight of delay, and a sustained rehashing of a past we cannot change, and waking dreams that sometimes separate us from the reality of work! It is a journey inward in which we face those crippling voices that paralyze us, perhaps to free ourselves from them.. Ride with us.
