Hassan bin Thabit's poetry collection

Overview of the Diwan of Hassan bin Thabit: The Diwan of Hassan bin Thabit Al-Ansari, poet of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah be pleased with him. Abu Ubaidah said: Hassan bin Thabit's superiority over poets is threefold: he was the poet of the Ansar in the pre-Islamic era, the poet of the Prophet, peace be upon him, during the days of prophethood, and the poet of all Yemen in Islam. It has been established in the two Sahihs from Al-Bara' bin Azib, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, say to Hassan bin Thabit: "Compose poetry against them, or provoke them, and Jibreel is with you."
