Product description
This book is a summary of the experience of Dr. "Mohammed Bashir Al-Shuqfa" in teaching the Islamic Jurisprudence course to students of the Islamic Scientific Institute - in Al Ain - from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi - where he was assigned to teach this subject to the students of the institute. This allowed direct insight into the jurisprudence of Imam Malik, and consequently to work on reformulating the rulings of this school of thought in a new form, and in an easy style, with references from the Book and the Sunnah. It considers the ease of expression to be accessible to all readers, and pays attention to the organization of chapters, detailed sections, and paragraph formatting to facilitate review of issues for both general and specialized readers. It also aims to cite the noble Quranic texts and authentic Hadiths in a manner appropriate to this part, which is dedicated to the jurisprudence of worship: which includes prayer, Zakat, fasting, and Hajj.
