The poetry collection of Yazid bin Muawiya

Overview of Diwan Yazid bin Muawiya: The researcher collected in this book from the poetry of Yazid bin Muawiya what was from his composition and what was attributed to him, attaching that with a biography of the Caliph Yazid the second of the Umayyad caliphs. The researcher discussed through it his lineage, his father's preference for him, his qualities, and what was mentioned about his allegiance and his personality as a caliph. Then he addressed the seditions that occurred during his reign, starting from the killing of Al-Hussein, then the Battle of al-Harrah, the siege of Mecca, and the plotting of the Kaaba. The researcher added to that Yazid's Diwan, then included what was related to his Diwan and attributed to him and others, supplemented with a biography of Yazid as it appeared in some books of literature and biographies.
