Please provide the following information: 1- Property data and details (house or building title deed) and must comply with the General Authority for Housing conditions for residential units. 2- Data of the leased property owner or their representative. 3- Tenant data. 4- Electricity meter and water meter data. 5- Contract duration and payment method. 6- Additional conditions for the lessor or lessee if any. Note: The price includes the network fee for Ejara.
