OVERVIEW

Abha is located in the Asir region in the southwest of the Kingdom and is known for its moderate climate throughout the year, thanks to its location at an altitude of more than 2,200 meters above sea level. The city is famous for its rich heritage, folklore, and unique architecture, in addition to its natural diversity, including towering mountains, dense forests, and waterfalls. This has made it one of the most prominent tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia and the "Capital of Arab Tourism" in 2017.

ABOUT THE TRIP

Our private trip will depart from the heart of Abha, beginning with a visit to Al-Muftaha Village, a center of art and culture, home to several art galleries and the famous Al-Muftaha Theater. We will also visit Shada Palace and Abu Khayal Castle, all sites that reflect the depth of the region's architectural history.

We then move on to the historic Abu Sarrah Palace, one of the oldest archaeological palaces in Abha. We then continue our journey to Prince Sultan Park, one of the most beautiful natural parks, famous for its dense juniper trees and stunning views.

We then head to the village of Tamniyah to experience authentic local cuisine and traditional food from productive families. We then embark on a cable car adventure in Al-Habala, where we discover the ancient village of Al-Habala, built on the edge of a mountain.

We conclude our tour in Abha Aliyah, where cafes and restaurants offer enchanting views of the Abha Dam Lake. We then take a stroll along Art Street, which combines visual creativity and cultural activity in a modern atmosphere.

10:30 AM - Departure to Abu Sarrah Palace

11:00 AM - Tour of the palace and surrounding sites (1 hour)

12:00 PM - Departure to Prince Sultan Park

12:45 PM - Tour of the juniper forests in the park (1 hour)

1:45 PM - Departure to Tamniyah Village and Al-Habla Park

2:15 PM - Tour of Tamniyah Village + Traditional Food Experience + Cable Car Descent to Al-Habla (1 hour)
