Product description
Authorship / Muhammad Adnan Al-Qataouna
A message aimed at clarifying the meaning of the moral right of the author, through understanding its concept and essence, in addition to presenting an opinion from Islamic jurisprudence on the nature of the moral right, the type of protection provided by Islamic Shariah for it, and its extent.
This book came to confirm that Islamic jurisprudence has dealt with the moral right since the beginning of the Islamic message legally, and that the moral right is a recognized right. It has been protected from assault through legal means of protection, including educating the Muslim individual to respect the rights of others and linking it to faith in the hereafter.
The moral right and the financial right together form two recognized rights of the author over his work, and both rights are studied and cared for. However, the major step was for the financial right of the author, as no research, study, or agreement discusses the author's right except that it covers the financial right more broadly and with greater care than the moral right.
Since the author puts in his work the culmination of his effort and creativity, with his ideas flowing and his feelings expressed, he views the moral right as a right of his that needs protection and safeguarding from tampering. Whenever the author or creator feels that his right is protected and preserved, he feels peace of mind and stability.
