Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence / Cover

Authorship / Abdulwahab Khulaif This book is intended by its author to introduce the science of Usul al-Fiqh to beginners, to simplify its issues with easy language, organized presentation, and concise with clarification. The author limited himself to mentioning the research, issues, and foundational rules, with examples, and comparison in several places with the science of positive law. And the author, as he presents this science in a way that combines clarification and conciseness, finds himself reviewing in many issues the opinions of the scholars of Usul, and their evidence, to discuss all of that and arrive at the correct opinion, so the book is thus closer to a comparative presentation of Usul al-Fiqh without lengthy elaboration.
