The fundamental principles affecting human rights

Authorship / Hani Jafar The aim of the study is to appeal to the foundational rules, and to refute the Western doubts about the precedence of their claims, and their advocacy charters and scientific conferences in guaranteeing rights for humanity, and to clarify that Islamic Shariah in this matter is more complete and precedes others, by making human rights an integral part of the necessities of his existence. This study is considered an original contribution in the field of human rights, which scientific studies have long competed to address, and which calls and research conferences have called for from all directions. This study investigates three main directions - deriving foundational rules and establishing them. - deriving jurisprudential branches from the foundational rules. - deriving human rights from jurisprudential branches.
