The facts of the individuals and their impact on the disagreement of the jurists

Among the separate specifications that scholars have included and explicitly stated: the specification by the incidents of individuals. But this was not a consensus or agreement among all jurists and usulists, and this raises a scientific problem about the true meaning of this term, its jurisprudential applications, and the validity of the models considered by some jurists as, for example, the incident of the individual. Thus, the intention and purpose behind this research was to remove the confusion about this term and its jurisprudential applications.
