Smart Door Phone Applications

The door phone allows users to view and speak with visitors through the mobile application or a compatible indoor intercom monitor. The door can be unlocked remotely after the visitor has been verified, while authorized users can gain access using registered IC cards.

Remote door unlocking requires a compatible electric lock or access control unit. Mobile app features and external access depend on network and internet availability and the services supported by the manufacturer.

Supply and Installation

The work includes the supply and installation of a SIP-based smart IP video door phone, mounting at the approved location, connection to the IP network and compatible PoE infrastructure, and configuration of the SIP account and communication with the mobile application or compatible indoor monitor.

It also includes configuration of the IC card reader, enrollment of the agreed cards within the supported capacity, connection of the door-unlock command to a compatible lock, and testing of the camera, two-way audio, calling, card access, and remote door unlocking.

Network cabling, PoE switches or injectors, electric locks, and door modifications are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation.

Technical Notes

• Electric lock compatibility must be verified before supply.
• Network and power connection points must be protected and sealed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• IP65 indicates protection against dust ingress and water jets; it does not permit immersion in water.
• Compatible IC card type and storage capacity must be confirmed for the approved model.
• Strong passwords and carefully managed remote unlock permissions are recommended.
