Clump breaker for ground coffee for espresso, handle made of natural wood for full control of the clump breaking process. Three curved-tipped needles to achieve the best result. Used to break up ground coffee clumps before distribution and tamping. The benefit of the clump breaker is to eliminate channeling (which are pathways that occur during extraction causing water to pass through quickly, resulting in a fast extraction process).
