Source Colombia, variety Castillo and hints of wild berries. This coffee was produced in the farms of Salou in the high fertile mountains southwest of Huila in Colombia. It is considered one of the distinguished coffee crops due to the great care and attention given during cultivation and processing. The coffee was processed by drying for the first time, and despite the difficulty, it highlighted very wonderful flavors.
