Subscription freezing package

Subscription Policy – Belly Dance Classes 1) Acceptance and Agreement Completing the payment constitutes explicit approval of all terms of this policy and adherence to it. 2) Booking and Payment Booking is confirmed after full payment. No seat is reserved without payment. All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable after completion. 3) Absence and Compensation 4-class package: compensation for only one session. 6 or 8-class packages: compensation for only two sessions. Prior notification is required sufficiently before the session time (at least 6 hours). In case of no notification or late notification, the session will be counted. No substitution or compensation of sessions is allowed after the package expires. 4) Package Duration and Validity 4-class package: two weeks + an additional grace week. 6-class package: three weeks + an additional grace week. 8-class package: four weeks + an additional grace week. When the specified period (including the grace week) ends, the package is automatically canceled, and the right to benefit from any remaining sessions is forfeited without compensation or refund. 5) Delay Delay is allowed for up to 10 minutes. After that, the instructor has the right to let the participant in without re-explaining missed sessions. 6) Freezing Subscription Freezing is available for no more than 3 weeks. Freeze fee: 85 SAR. A freeze request must be submitted before the start of the period to be frozen; retroactive requests are not accepted. 7) Cancellation or Modification of Sessions by Management If a session is canceled by the instructor or management, participants will be compensated with an alternative session or an extension of the package equivalent to the canceled session. Management has the right to modify class schedules as needed with prior notice. 8) Commitment and Conduct Adherence to appropriate attire for the class. Respect for the instructor and other participants. The management has the right to cancel the subscription immediately in case of inappropriate behavior, without refund. 9) Photography and Privacy Photography inside the class is strictly prohibited by participants. Management has the right to take photos for marketing purposes only after obtaining prior approval. 10) Responsibility Participants are responsible for their health condition and ability to participate. Management is not liable for any injuries resulting from non-compliance with instructions or health status. 11) General Provisions Subscription transfer to another person is not allowed. This policy is subject to updates; the version valid at the time of subscription applies.
